Cable Tray Quality Control

At our company, quality is embedded into every stage of our cable tray manufacturing process. We source all raw materials — including galvanized steel, stainless steel, and aluminum — exclusively from certified suppliers, and we conduct thorough incoming inspections for thickness, tensile strength, and surface integrity before any material enters our production line.

During fabrication, we monitor each tray section through precision cutting, CNC punching, and automated welding, verifying dimensional tolerances at key checkpoints. Our in-line inspection system ensures consistent bend accuracy, edge smoothness, and structural alignment across every batch we produce.

We apply rigorous testing to all surface treatments — whether hot-dip galvanized, electro-galvanized, or powder-coated — measuring coating thickness, adhesion, and corrosion resistance in accordance with relevant international standards. Before packaging, we subject every finished product to load-bearing tests and comprehensive visual inspection.

We maintain full traceability from raw material batch to final delivery, ensuring accountability and reliable performance in demanding industrial environments worldwide.
